The International Institute of Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL) Windy City chapter hosted an event called ColLABorate 2019 on September 19, 2019.
The goal of the event was to explore how an interdisciplinary approach can yield unique and novel solutions in the advancement of sustainable laboratory facility design. Three project teams shared three complementary case studies providing examples of collaborative efforts across multiple disciplines that were instrumental in the synthesis of their facility’s design or operation.
IBS designed and built a number of Laser labs for Greg Engel. In this presentation Professor Engel talks about his collaboration with IBS on these labs and its importance for a positive outcome.
